Hand and Stone

There was a slight delay to the start of the session and unfortunately the therapist was not available for a follow up session for over a month due to being fully booked up.

I felt like my RMT was fairly new and so just wasn't as seasoned as I would have liked. She didn't do anything wrong, it just was overall not the greatest massage I've had. She has the potential to do well, but needs some more practice.

I wouldnt want to suggest that I wasn't satisfied. It is overall a good, slightly above average experience. However, a couple things stand out for improvement from my point of view: A) there are not many products or experiences geared towards men (not that I am uncomfortable, and I do realize theres a couples and sports massage). I would happily spend more time & money for packages that do not include facials. B) I often find it difficult to get appointments, which is a big one for me. It feels that the location is typically empty, except for one or maximum two RMTs, but it seems as though there are few appointments available. I'm regularly questioning my membership, but I'm happy enough to stay while there is no other local competition.

It was great! No major issues. Message therapist was very good. I would tell her to focus more on upper back next time.

My rmt was amazing and did exactly what I asked. The service was lovely. I enjoyed my massage.

I had an appt for a facial. I left with my skin feeling lighter and cleaner and refreshed but by the next day my face completely broke out more than I had already and my skin had dry patches. I’ve had a facial here before and absolutely loved it so maybe it was just this particular type of facial that reacted badly with my skin.

My therapist was very friendly and she smelled lovely. She made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The only thing was that when I left my hair was so oily and streaky because of the massage oil. Not her fault but I never left a massage appointment with such streaky hair, will need to tie it up next time. Also, 50 mins is simply not enough! It’s strange to have only 50 mins but I guess maybe to account for the admin and change time!?

I thought the reception, the service and the products available were fine. The masseuse was very professional and kept my appointment on perfect time.

The construction next door was distracting at times. I do not hold you responsible but it was listening to a drill while your receiving a massage doesn't make you feel calm
