I experienced back pain after the massage, and neck pain the next day. I think Wai needs to put a large pillow (a wedge) under my legs when I lie on my back, and stomach. It was hard to move when I got off the table. I do prefer the rooms upstairs to the ones downstairs. The upstairs ones seem warmer and the whole experience a little cozier and more more indulgent. Is it cooler, or damper downstairs? I don't know what the difference is, but my experience is less pleasurable in the downstairs area.

Would like the massage therapist to recognize tight areas (knots) and possibly inform me that more pressure / work will be needed in a particular area or zone.

It was excellent, as I would expect, nothing to improve it. I suppose I should have picked highly satisfied but that's just me. I expected and received excellent service. I am happy and satisfied. Thank you.

Pressure on back was good, but did not think arm and leg massage was adequate

I was satisfied - everything was fine - just wasn't exceptional in any way so didn't think overall some things qualified as highly satisfied. I did rebook fro 2 weeks from now.

I would like you to remove the use of plastic cups. Whether or not they are made from corn and biodegradable they need to be paper to effectively make an environmental change. The therapist that was recommended to me and I have then grown to feel comfortable is overbooked. I am now constantly having to find someone else even with booking in a month in advance.

I am extremely happy with our massage therapist. Alicia is the main reason why we continue our membership. The place is not impeccable however and I am weary that the prices went up to 'cover' the wage increase, but never went back down. Two problems with this; one, you would have to be paying minimum wage to your staff to be affected by this (not a good thing in my opinion) and two, they didn't come back down when the new government overturned the decision, not cool. Also there has been a lack of follow up and communication since Nicole (the manager) left the place. It can be somewhat frustrating when no one answers the phone at reception and I am unable to leave a message.
