I would have been highly satisfied if the massage was a full hour massage and not 50 minutes. I also prefer top book online. That doesn’t mean sending an email request and having a response in a hour because in that time there may be no availability. I would like to be able to see availability of RMTs online and book online based on that information. Other places in the area do this, such as Origin Wellness as well as The Massage Addict. The convenience of booking online, makes these two places my first choice. But I am sure I’m not the only one, because the day I wanted to book was ll booked up at both, so I called you.

The RMT (Rebecca) is great, and I can always get an appointment when I need. The only issue is noise in the hallway - doors slamming and staff talking right outside the door when you're trying to relax is counterproductive to the reason you're there. Otherwise a really good experience.

I have been to many spas and some others had a very calming presence, as soon as you walked in. I had a woman with an iPhone who was playing a very annoying game. It didn't help to set the mood. Perhaps iPhone es should be put away upon entry.

The product recommended to me by my estitician was not in stock for purchase. No other reasons. H&S always treats me well. The receptionist even remembered that I had a baby since my previous visit!

John, the massage therapist is wonderful. The room, however, was freezing last Saturday and the temperature could not be adjusted manually inside the room. John used the blanket and heating pad to add warmth but the air from the vent was very cold.

She gave a very great facial, but I would not go back to this particular person for waxing. I later found a lot of missed spots on my leg.

I requested for a free aromatherapy upgrade based on the early bird promo but no essential oils were avaiable in the room.
