Quality of service is consistent with what I am used to. This was the first time I had an RMT that went to great lengths to discuss my questions and give me tips on stretching at home. A great experience overall.

The whole visit was very smooth - I felt comfortable, especially seeing a male therapist. Costa was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. His pressure was awesome and I was comfortable with telling him what was too hard.

In addition to a great massage, Sean does a great job of making me comfortable and welcome. He also remembered details from our previous session which was nice. He never disappoints! I will be back soon.

Zach listened to my concerns and gave the appropriate massage. He was able to tell what areas needed more attention and adjusted accordingly.

I like how my muscle aches and problems were addressed. It was very relaxing but was not able to sleep as my therapist talks. I told her upfront that I want to sleep.

Friendly staff and every therapist I have seen at Hand&Stone are wonderful. I seek treatment from Grace Alfonso regularly. She provides excellent deep tissue therapeutic massage with advise on how to also focus on long-term wellness.
