For some reason I don't feel terribly comfortable going to the basement rooms.

The receptionist was talking on her cell phone in the room next to where I was having my massage. She was fighting with someone on the phone for quite some time and it was distracting.

I think that my standards may be higher than some because I come from a Customer Service Background. So, for me to be Highly satisfied my expectations must be exceeded. The experience was very good, but didn’t necessarily exceed my expectations.

I am highly satisfied with the massage therapist who I have been seeing for more than a year now. I have cancelled my membership though because the prices are too high and no one responded to me when I emailed about the Bill 148 messaging that was used to justify the price increase. Blaming the minimum wage increase seems disingenuous, considering you also raised prices last year.

The experience was good - however the noise was a little crazy. I could hear everyone in the hallway, doors banging, and the entire conversation happening in the room beside mine. Clearly it's a busy place which is great, but when you're getting a massage and every few minutes there are loud noises, conversations and banging it really takes away from the experience.

The room is dusty esp the carpet. There should be a designed treatment room for customers who smoke so that the next customer don’t have to deal with the strong cigarette smell.

Went in for a couple's massage with my mom. Since I originally bought the the gift card online. Had a specific balance. When checking out the receptionist"said that the balance was covered" however did not state if there was anything remaining. When I went home to check the original balance and did the math if what was due. There was a significant difference. Either the receptionist kept my card or the therapists had a great tip. Being a bit more transparent would have made the experience all the better. My fault for not pressing for a response, but honesty on their part would have also been appreciated. Might visit a different location.

You raised prices after the minimum wage hike which means either you are paying your therapists minimum wage (very terrible) or used the hike as an excuse to raise prices.

I had tried to book a prenatal massage and one got cancelled because therapist couldn’t come in, another got booked but then later cancelled since receptionist didn’t know that RMT couldn’t perform prenatal massages. Not a big deal but really wanted a massage that day.

I made the booking within 2 hours of the appt time and was asked to give credit card details to hold the appt. I think that was a ridiculous request ESPECIALLY because it was my first time and I let the receptionist know that I was in an extreme rush when I called. I had to stay on the phone making the appt too long in the first place. Then someone else called me back and it took more time still. Post appt - I'm now receiving multiple emails. Too much interaction for my comfort level. And, I do not like having to give my credit card info over the phone for a service that I have not even had yet.
