I loved my massage and the staff at the front desk are very friendly (as always). The waiting area, however, needs a thorough dusting. The dust on the glass table and on the entire display area of products was really noticeable in the sunshine and I was surprised as it looked like it had not been done in quite some time. Plus, empty chocolate wrappers and plastic glasses from previous clients had been left on the glass table as well. A very small blemish given the great service and wonderful massage, but something that customers do notice that can certainly be rectified with a good cleaning and careful attention by staff.

The hot stone massage I received was nice but I have had better experiences in the past. The biggest issue was the noise within the building. I could hear conversations happening outside in the hallway and found it very distracting and was unable to completely relax. I know this can be challenging in a building with many rooms but I would recommend conversations take place inside massage rooms and not in the hallways as that would have at least minimised some of the noise.

Perfectly comfortable utilitarian space. Masseuse was engaging and I would return. Front desk was welcoming. Nothing overhwlemed me, thus the satisfactory score.

I'm a bit confused with the accounting of my monthly plan. I had to cancel an appointment due to sickness last month, and was wondering how to account for the monthly payment. Do I now have a credit? I have made 2 payments (Jan and Feb), but only had my massage a few days ago, no Jan massage. I payed extra for the hot stone and was charged at the visit to my VISA. Why wasn't this taken from my Jan payment?

The receptionist that greeted me when I first arrived did not offer me any beverage. She just simply told me to take a seat then she never said when my esthetician would be coming to bring me in. My experience with the facial was amazing. My only critique would be that she never asked me about the temperature of the bed. I found the basement was cold and also nosy. I could hear people talking from the other rooms.

Rather like a revolving door of staff. Why ? It’s a nuisance getting accustomed to new star ; they are gone.

My experience was positive and I do not have any complaints - I have just been spoiled by going to very high-end spas. I feel the Hand & Stone experience is good value for money and I appreciate that it makes more regular visits an affordable option.
