The massage was great! Muhammad did a great job with addressing my problem areas. I had never had a hot stone massage before and I really liked it, however my room (rm 4) was right next to the washroom and I could hear people talking and the toilet flushing. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d like to come back!

I felt that the estitician was very accommodating and did her best to do a good job, but felt she was a bit inexperienced.

It was my first ever massage so I don't have anything to compare it to. But I was very pleased with everything and will definitely be back! Now if only my sciatica would just resolve on its own!

I didn't get 50 minutes of massage time - I was counting and it was closer to 45. I'm also not accustomed to paying for 1 hour but only getting 50 minutes 'active' time, so this shortened total time felt particularly frustrating.

It was fine. The therapist seemed like he was in a bit of a rush to leave the spa after the session; I did not really get the chance to say goodbye. The massage was great as always and I really appreciate the efforts made overall. The front desk is lovely.

John is an excellent therapist and gave a great massage. I really liked his service! It gets better every time I get the same therapist. The only thing I would LIKE at hand and Stone that would make me even more satisfied is that we could have a choice between several scented oils for the massage (but I guess people are smell sensitive, etc...). I also sometimes think that the ambiance music is too repetitive... I actually prefer when the therapist can choose his or her own music, or if I can bring my own... why not?
