the appointment seemed to start pretty late, but the RMT was very clear that the 80 minutes would start at time I was on table so I appreciated that. Would have been good to start a few minutes earlier as I felt was there longer than I should have been.

50 minutes instead of 60 minutes sessions almost forced to take a membership because of the cost difference

Treatment always starts late & ends early so never get the full 50 mins

Although the ambiance was fine in this location, product assortment and overall appearance not quite the same standard as the US location in Naples. That being said, I enjoyed my experience and would return.

It could have been an excellent experience if the price of the products is reasonable and comparable to the retail price online. I had to return the products and the staff had to refund.

I would like the plastic cups to be replaced with paper ones. And because I find the cost a bit pricey.

We did a couples massage, mine was great but my partners was not. hers was very choppy/slappy/loud and not very relaxing in nature, as it left some soreness and brusing even after asking for lighter pressure. Whereas my massage was smooth, relaxing, deep and focused on the areas discussed.

I was highly satisfied with my experience from the interaction with the receptionist to the massage I received from Carrie. She applied just the right amount of pressure and it was one of the best massages I have ever received. I feel that the price for an introductory massage was great but going forward $100 for 50 minutes is a bit steep compared to other massage therapists. The booking process online could be improved.

I froze my account but wasnt aware that I could only freeze my account once.

The massage room felt a little clinical. Better mood lighting and maybe some decorations would have helped.
