Everything was good but nothing was over the top better than expected. My therapist was a few minutes late and was very formal but friendly. I was most impressed by the greeting I got at reception - she was great!

It was a wonderful the receptionist was amazing so was my therapist Trisha . She truly was delightful and I give her 9/10. It would've been nice to have a robe and slippers . Also maybe look into giving clients the option of choosing a room down stairs or not. Otherwise it was great and I'd definitely return 👍🏿

i did not walk out of my massage feeling like the other times i have. this week i did not receive the general availability email i would normally get so it was a little more difficult to book a time.

I am very satisfied with the treatments & service at Hand and Stone. My only complaint is the constant upsell - if I want a product, I will ask for it. I was offered 3 deals during my last visit. I am a regular client - I do not need to be enticed to come back and I don't like the constant offers (not all of which are great - starting to feel like a scam)

Lower back was still painful after massage. I told this to masseur but he did not have time to address problem. Also there were times when pressure was too much.

Everything is satisfying. I really like my therapist. Love the hot towels. In general I am satisfied.

I felt very pressured into buying some of the products used during my facial - I like to research before purchasing anything for my face, and very much felt like I would be offending my aesthetician if I did not purchase. I would have appreciated a suggestion of regime with samples left at the counter for me over the product push. Suggesting $300 in new products without knowing how my skin will react is a bit crazy to me - maybe offer a deluxe sample at a low cost, or offer the kits (which I did not see until later). Otherwise I enjoyed the facial, and did appreciate the suggestion- it was just a little aggressive for me after such a relaxing experience. I am in a bit of pain in my lower and upper back - but I was unable to have a hot bath or shower after my massage (due to the facial) so it might be my own fault, paired with it being my first massage in over a year. Katie was really great! I look forward to coming back

Sam was great. I had hoped to feel improvement in my condition after the massage. It's quite likely that that goal was unreachable by anyone. He worked very hard to help me and I appreciate his work.

RMT did not address the requested focus areas did other areas instead so some of the problem areas were not treated at all
