I felt as if the stone massage should of used heat at first to loosen up the muscles to then go in with hands to help work the knots out... it was mostly stone that provided heat but no relief or focus on problem areas

There was some confusion over the appointment which resulted in it having to be rescheduled. However, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I know it is their job but the staff spend too much time trying to upsell / cross sell me than I can tolerate. I will go elsewhere if this continues.

My only concern with my facial was how the facial specialist did not want to discuss the products I currently use on my skin, which are not purchased in the spa. She recommended products that I could purchase from the spa, but did not take into consideration my current product usage. I like the recommendations, but was looking for more of a skin-care conversation than an upsell!

I was a little cold and the music could be better . The four seasons has adjustable heating pads on the beds .
