Lovely environment. All the staff is very friendly. Although it was very relaxing, as an athlete I didn't fully get the results I wanted from my massage as I am used to firmer pressure which I know is difficult for some RMTs. Despite that is was still a good and useful massage.

cost is a bit high

My massage started 20 minutes late.

This was my second trip for a massage - the first time the massage room was freezing and could not be made comfortable even with heating up the massage table. The session was ended and re-booked. I was offered a complimentary foot massage for my inconvenience. I did return for this session and could not rate it highly satisfied due to the previous problem. The temperature of the room for a massage, especially in our cold winters is critical to comfort. I could also hear the conversation of the massage in the next room and feel the rooms should be better sound proofed. The therapist - San - was excellent.

the massage was incredible. Alicia is wonderful, it was my first time with her and I'll definitely be sticking with her! overall, everything was great. the only thing I wasnt very happy with was the sales pitch at the end. you go from being extremely relaxed to someone trying to sell you more, more, more. it's happened every time I've come there. the receptionist was sweet and friendly and I know just doing her job. I just wanted to go home, so agreed to a package, but if the sales pitches keep happening, I dont think I'll return when my package has ended. Not everyone can afford to pamper themselves regularly... when they do, let them enjoy it and go home. but again, other than that, everything was great! thank you.

My massage therapist used a lot of smoothing forearm strokes which tickled because his fingertips dragged behind his arm (I've never experienced this before). When he was done massaging one area of my body he would put a hot, damp towel over it. But the towel would get cool and he didn't remove it so I was uncomfortable under the cool, wet towels. I would have liked more more targeted, strokes and technique than just smoothing out with forearm.
