It was quite satisfying. Very relaxing.

I have very high standards and I was satisfied with the experience. I just don't like to have to wait when I make a point of being punctual.

I find the receptionist to be very rude and condescending and fake. It happens every time I have been there. The other receptionist have been in training so they are still quite slow and not very knowledgable.

Massage room was a bit too cold, but the hot towels during my massage was nice.

Th aesthetician was lovely and I don't want for her to have any negative consequences based on my comment. Unfortunately I left the appointment feeling a little bad about myself. She asked me why I don't colour my grey hair and told me I should take care of myself because I'm still young. I think she was trying to be encouraging and didn't mean to offend but I wonder if there is a more constructive and less insulting way to give this feedback.

Price higher than expected. When I went before I think I went during a promotion period. The cost was high. It's nice but a little pricey if you are not a member.

Already have a massage therapist that I enjoy going to, I have a good relationship with that person and they were not available at the time that I wanted a massage, so I booked at Hand and Stone. The service and value were fine, but I prefer my old therapist.

Sometimes the up-sell at the end of a treatment is difficult to deal with since I am already so relaxed and find it difficult to think. This is not a major concern, just a note for you to consider.
