The problem I had was booking my service. My appointment was changed 3 times without my consent. I was told this was because I would not provide my credit card to have a solid booking. I told her I was uncomfortable with this as I was a first time client. I explained that this was not a good way to start my first experience. Only because you had been recommended by multiple people did I keep my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly, offered a sincere apology, told that the issue had been addressed with staff and offered an extra service. It was the manager of this location that did this. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. She was excellent and handled the situation perfectly.
