Hand and Stone

This was my second visit to Hand and Stone and my second massage with Mike P. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. The reception and massage rooms are clean and simple, comfortable and inviting. Mike provided a deep massage focussing on the areas I expressed concerns with (neck, shoulders and lower back), and checked in around my comfort and the pressure. The massage relieved a lot of the tension I was experiencing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hand and Stone and Mike specifically. Thanks!

Peter is an exceptional therapist. He used just the right amount of pressure (after inquiring if it was comfortable).

Abigail is so great at her job. And there's a new receptionist - I don't recall her name - who is so welcoming and fun.

I have had 3 or 4 massage therapists & 2 estheticians at this location. I am thrilled that the 2 massage therapists I most enjoyed have always been available when I have wanted to return.

I had a negative experience at another salon that turned me off ever getting a massage again (it was just a bad massage), but Sean was exactly what I was looking for in an RMT. You could tell he knew his job and that he cared for his client. I have already booked again and recommended H&S to others.

This was my first visit to Hand & Stone and I was very impressed. I chose it because of the convenience of the location to where I live, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the great massage I received, the well kept reception and massage rooms and the general feel of the location. The only two downsides for me: Charging for aromatherapy in a massage feels really cheap. Scent-free oil should always be the default, but would it kill you to provide a scented option on the house? what's the overhead on that, seriously. And the second thing is the "50 minutes" massage - the industry standard is 60 minutes, that almost turned me off coming in the first place. If these things were changed, I would exclusively come to Hand and Stone.

I love my massage I get from Grace. I feel so relaxed and destressed after the appt.
