Friendly reception, helpful staff and one of the best massages I've had (John at Danforth location)- the therapist was highly knowledgeable and took time to understand my needs. The only area I'd recommend for improvement is the ambiance. It feels more like a sports clinic than a spa. Ambient lighting and other touches like hot towel with essential oils at the end would really take the experience to the next level.

The appointment was on time / no waiting. Grace does a thorough full body massage and pays attention to problem areas of shoulder and right hip

Receptionist was very helpful in explaining services. The therapist was excellent. He worked on the areas specified and was able to find all the knots and provide relief. In addition he gave me some advice on stretches to assist. Highly recommend John!

Abigail was so knowledgeable about my condition and communicated well with me before, during and after the massage. I like that it's easy to find a booking that fits my schedule. I love how close the location is to my home. I also love the packages that are offered.
