Therapist was very knowledgeable; He showed me exercises to do and I felt very good for days after. I enjoyed the massage very much

The staff was kind. They used good products. The shared good information about skin care.

The massage therapist was great. Hand and Stone, however, charges a lot for a massage, $20-50 more than most places. And, massages are only 50 minutes compared to 60 minutes at other places. Therefore, less value for money.

The rooms could be bigger and need to be sound proofed so you don't hear other people coming and going while your in your service.

Peter is such a great RMT and the place is so clean. The receptionist is friendly and approachable.

Abigail is a wonderful massage therapist. The people I've met at the desk have all impressed me as friendly and helpful. If I had an issue with this experience, it's that I had already booked online, and needed to change the appointment. The website is awkward and while I could see the time I wanted, couldn't make the change myself. Which meant the extra time of dealing with the website, only to have to make a call. When I called, I was met with friendly and quick support, but I shouldn't have had to do that. As an fyi, I came here the first time because my daughter (a monthly client) gave me a gift certificate. After a terrible experience at the Kingston Road location, I would never have tried Hand & Stone again. But, the Danforth location has been great, and a friend of mine recommended Abigail and I'm so happy for her help.

Grace has been my massage therapist for a long time and she is the best. She's highly experienced and attentive to my specific areas of concern. I would never change.

It's conveniently located & the RMT is good and keeps the late hours I like. My only concern is that I have twice requested my credits be used on a massage but the funds are still sitting in a "cash account" why not use it combined with credit card for my member's monthly payment
