Abigail is a wonderful massage therapist. The people I've met at the desk have all impressed me as friendly and helpful. If I had an issue with this experience, it's that I had already booked online, and needed to change the appointment. The website is awkward and while I could see the time I wanted, couldn't make the change myself. Which meant the extra time of dealing with the website, only to have to make a call. When I called, I was met with friendly and quick support, but I shouldn't have had to do that. As an fyi, I came here the first time because my daughter (a monthly client) gave me a gift certificate. After a terrible experience at the Kingston Road location, I would never have tried Hand & Stone again. But, the Danforth location has been great, and a friend of mine recommended Abigail and I'm so happy for her help.

Grace has been my massage therapist for a long time and she is the best. She's highly experienced and attentive to my specific areas of concern. I would never change.

It's conveniently located & the RMT is good and keeps the late hours I like. My only concern is that I have twice requested my credits be used on a massage but the funds are still sitting in a "cash account" why not use it combined with credit card for my member's monthly payment

Over all good experience with my facial. It’s a new one I tried out and I was very satisfied.

RMT Mitch was fantastic, made me feel relaxed and one of the best massages I've had despite hearing loud customer or contractor conversations which was a bit distracting so only think would have improved was soundproofing in rooms.
