Hand and Stone

Hand and Stone has become a monthly routine to relax after a long week of work. I look forward to it every month.

Shameera is great. Always thoughtful and caring. I know she wants the best skin for me.

My therapist was very good. She is friendly and personable, but didn't talk through the whole treatment session which is nice. Very good pressure and addressed my sore back and glutes as well as an overall relaxing massage.

I had no expectations prior to the appt regarding relieving the pain in my shoulder. I was surprised the message therapist managed to give me a great deal of relief, suggested exercises to help with the discomfort and work on the muscles until we meet again. Two days later, relief of pain in my shoulder is an 8 out of 10.

I went for a massage after experiencing aching knees and legs for months. Obviously one visit cannot solve the problem, but I left the spa feeling more ease of movement and certainly more relaxed.

The staff was very friendly. The staff was welcoming. It was easy to make an appointment. The person on the phone gave very useful information and was very accommodating

The location, the reception area and the RMT will have me coming back.

My therapist Grace is so intuitive, she just knows what works best on my problem areas, as opposed to a "textbook" style massage. I experience the deepest relaxation afterwards, more than ever before. Every therapist at H&S has been great, but Grace is exceptional. The spa is conveniently located for me, and I appreciate how spotlessly clean it always is. Reception staff are so pleasant and helpful if I ever need to change an appointment.

throughout the treatment Mike would check in about the pressure which I appreciated. He also used a number of different techniques which helped for really tight areas
