Cecilia is a true professional in every sense of the word. In past experiences, she addressed challenges and offered solutions to improve the tone and texture of my skin. These I continue to use and have improved my overall complexion. She is also very skilled at asking personal questions in a non-judgmental way and is very customer oriented. I enjoy my visits with Cecilia and will be making this a regular appointment.

Henry and Sheemira are both excellent, highly competent professionals. They are knowledgeable and attentive. I felt that they both were concerned to be of help to me.

I like the conection with Cecilia, my estetician. She is amazing, and I will keep coming as long as she is there. I do like the sevices you offer as well. I live close by - very convinient.

My RMT was amazing! Winnie really helped with my back and shoulder pain and regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and the pressure was good. The room was perfect but I did notice it was very small. It wasn't an issue for me since I'm just laying there but I did think it would obstruct the RMT's ability to work from any side as it was too small to get around. Lucky for me -I didn't notice any difference in quality due to this. I have found another RMT clinic with better prices, excellent staff/ambiance and they refuse tip because the RMT already gets most of the fee. Because of this I likely won't return to H&S once I'm through my credits.

My massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my massage. He pressed hard, but not too hard. The ambiance of the room made me feel very relaxed.

The client information sheet was in PDF that was sent to me by email was something i could not fill in electronically and return. I had to convert it to word so i could complete and return it. It needed be in a different fillable format. I was very pleased to have someone contact me within an hour of me sending in a massage request on a Sunday. The person was very supportive.
