Everyone at Hand and Stone Danforth is friendly and professional. I always feel welcome and the check-in process and procedures make you feel safe. Henry always takes time to focus on problem stress areas and used the right amount of pressure. I always leave my massage feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend!

Geisa was the best rmt I’ve had since returning to regular massage in the last 7 months. She knew the names of the muscles I was having issues with, she worked on them really well (checking on pressure frequently) and gave me exercises to do to help my issues. She also respected my comfort level asking me if it was ok if she did this or that. I felt really great after.

I was experiencing pain in my back and Henry focused on that area and showed me how to continue to stretch it between appointments.

The Danforth location is close to my home, so it is very convenient to go to my appointment. I find this location to be clean and relaxing. Kelvin is an excellent massage therapist. I feel so relaxed afterwards each and every time!

Geisa was incredibly focused and interested in learning exactly what my issues are and working with me to remedy them. I won't say the work she did wasn't painful at the time, but she was thoroughly careful and communicative while she worked, and I feel a great deal better today than I did yesterday before seeing her. I will definitely be booking with her again soon.

Good value for money. The only thing is to reassure customers that H&S is keeping up with the latest info on covid practices like ventilation and less about sanitizing.
