My massage was great - check in and check out were fast and the whole space felt safe and clean and very soothing.

I really felt I was in great hands with Chris’ level of experience and expertise with not only loosening up achy joints and muscles but addressing my ‘frozen shoulder’ by loosening up areas that have not been addressed by my physiotherapist! Resulting in a greater range of movement and motion in my shoulder upon leaving.

I have had Keegan as my massage therapist since I joined and he has been exceptional. I come every 2 weeks because I have a virtual job. Keegan has recommended stretches that I now do daily. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed to learn that he will no longer be doing Sundays. It was great to come in on a Sunday for a massage before the week. I have booked my next massage with him on a Thursday evening and hope this will be okay. I prefer having them on the weekend. I have tried another massage therapist at H&S, but it was not up to par and I'd rather stick to Keegan.

I had a great time chatting with my therapist and he really worked out some painful knots. Thrilled that I'm not doubled over in pain this week.

Highly satisfied because the area is very clean and relaxing. The massage therapist was very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was able to target my problem areas with a good amount of pressure.

Henry the RMT was very knowledgeable about my areas of joint concern. He spent extra time on those areas and even showed me mobility and stability exercises to do at home. Great deep tissue massage as well.

Emma was a great RMT. She focused on my problem areas and was very kind. I was relaxed during my appointment and enjoyed the quite massage.

Ever since I started using H&S I've had good experiences with friendly and professional staff. I enjoy the ongoing deals and take advantage of them as much as I can. Emma is my favourite as she uses a great amount of pressure (which is what I need) and she is super friendly and easy to talk to.
