Very easy and quick booking process. Arrived right on time and went in right away. Massage was good, though will likely try a different therapist next time. Receptionist was very helpful and informative on my way out, and she really helped seal the deal for me to return next time.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very consistent adherence of COVID protocols. RMT is great at providing exercises and tips for continued wellness in between visits.

The experience was similar to what I have come to expect of the high standards of this facility. The therapist was personable and immediately asked what specific areas needed to be focused on during the appointment. She proceeded to devote equal attention to both and regularly checked with me that the pressure was right. At the end, I left feeling that I had been treated in a professional and caring manner.

Front desk ladies were awesome. Henry made me feel so relaxed. Thy were all nice and awesome.

I've been before and will continue. My therapist Mitch was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I always enjoy the atmosphere and reception staff as well.

I find Hand & Stone reliable and friendly and I enjoy the convenience of its location. I cannot speak about all of the staff. I would like to experience everyone but it’s like trying a new hairstylist. Its hard to chance trying someone else and feeling like your experience wasn’t great.

Mitch was very knowledgably in answering my many questions. I felt safe and heard and he took the time to ask what my concerns were and focused on those areas. He even took the time to accommodate my request to leave me with some stretching ideas. I rarely tip, but I e-transfered him a $20.00 tip I was so impressed. I also bought a $100. 00 gift cert. to give to a friend. Thanks.

Emma is always polite and friendly I always have a great massage when I have her as my massage therapist. The aura of the reception room is always relaxing and inviting. The music in the massage room is calming the hot towel at the end of the massage is always a nice touch
