Mitch took the time to discuss my needs and problem areas for the massage and focused on them. i left feeling relaxed and tension free.

My Hand and Stone branch (Danforth Avenue) feels like a community, same front desk staff for a long time, they know me by sight. Crace was my therapist last two visits - she is amazing and very receptive to requests that I make. She is excellent.

My massage therapist, Keegan, was amazing. He targeted areas that I asked for. And even targeted areas I needed help with that I didn’t even know about. He checked in with me frequently to gauge my comfort level. Was very pleasant to talk to before and after the massage. Thank you Keegan.

I like that getting an appointment on short notice is not a problem at Hand and Stone. I have had a number of RMTs and all are highly skilled and friendly.

The RMT Chris Lachlan was excellent. Other staff very polite and friendly and the place clean.
