Consistency in all aspects of service. The Danforth location is conveniently located for me. My therapist Grace is superb and remembers my problem areas. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and most efficient whenever I need a copy of a misplaced receipt or to change an appointment.

Location is very welcoming, my service was what I needed, questions answered about use of products to help my skin I did have a slight reaction to the products but I am not sure - I tried a new foundation so this may have been the culprit, not sure

The massage was just what I needed. The heat from the stones added a deep muscle relaxation.The massage therapist did not talk to me and just gave an excellent experience allowing me to enjoy it without having to make conversation.

I really enjoyed the experience with Linda. I am a bit confused because her name is not Linda on her card which also doesn't match the name on my receipt so I am assuming the receptionist gave me the wrong card. I will be looking for the receipt name when I book again and not the card name i guess
