My RMT focused on the specific area of concern and was very attentive to monitoring my level of comfort. The esthetician's knowledge and technique were both excellent. She had a gentle manner and sense of humour.

Therapist was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He asked which areas he should focus on and I really appreciate that. He was very knowledgeable.

This was our 2nd visit, it’s not something we do regularly but everyone made us feel welcome and the therapists made sure to ask about any problem areas , My therapist was very engaging with asking how the pressure was to make sure he wasn’t hurting me, we only waited 1 minute after we walked in everything was clean and ready to go, the music was relaxing I felt very comfortable. Definitely going to try and make it a monthly ritual.

My whole experience was great! From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable. The massage I received from Erik was relaxing and soothing.

Knowledgeable therapist, calming atmosphere, professional support staff. Highly recommend H&S massage services. I have varied issues and expectations are consistently exceeded. (However, very unlikely I will ever book facial ever again--total opposite, walked away feeling ripped off.)

It was easy to book an appointment and the massage therapist, Keegan, was very friendly and professional. I have not had many massages in the past, but this one I felt was more effective at addressing my muscle tension than the others I've had in the past.

only complaint is noise from upstairs tenant and subway. Background noise that you can't control

Alicia followed my instructions for the type of massage I wanted and did not apply too much pressure.Esthetician Shameera was amazing as usual. She is so friendly, nice and has a good touch. Always checking to make sure I'm comfortable with everything she is doing. Love her!!

Henry was fantastic. Knowledge of muscles, injuries and treatment was great. He was always concerned that I was feeling comfortable to give him feedback on how I was feeling. He gave me excellent advice on exercises going forward. I have already booked another follow up appointment
