The session started ahead of the scheduled booking. The therapist was attentive to my needs, and checked in on the pressure used during the session to reconfirm that it was appropriate. After the session finished, I was given feedback on the difference in muscle tightness between my left and right sides, and exercises and stretches were suggested to help with the discrepancy.

I came in feeling stressed out from work and was looking for help getting relaxed. Henry went above and beyond helping me get relaxed. Would love to go back again.
