Hand and Stone

I requested at the time of booking that I like a quite facial and prefer not to have conversations, just the basic instructions. The esthetician met that request and I had a very relaxing facial! The only problem I encountered was a staff person smoking in front of the store and threw her but on the road, then went inside. I saw this on my way in and was really hoping she wasn't going to be doing my facial. I was very relieved to see she wasn't, as the smell of smoke is very off putting. There was construction noise from the unit upstairs/next door, but that couldn't be helped.

Massage was great! Good pressure but also relaxing. Massage therapist very knowledgeable and also very receptive to my needs.

Trish was amazing. Kinda and considerate to my issues. I generally see John, but he was not available and Trish was a wonderful replacement. My experience and Hand and Stone has always been very good.

The massage therapist was knowledgable in giving me exercises to do to help alleviate the pain from my back. As well they applied the right amount of pressure to help me overcome my back pain.

Erik is a phenomenal RMT. He listens very accurately to what my body is telling him even if I don’t have the vocabulary to explain it. He has a holistic approach that makes me leave feeling better in both kind and body.
