The emails letting me know about availability of the therapists for the upcoming week is very helpful and allows me to book when I can. The receptionists are always lovely and welcoming. The RMTs I see are great at remembering me and my needs. I feel very comfortable with them and they are friendly and effective.

My massages are generally for stress relief, sometimes with specific concern areas due to usually sport/hobby overuse. Trish does a good job at general relaxation, as well as focusing on areas of concern, and gives good advice on continuing therapy at home.
