Hand and Stone

It was my first time and I was a bit uncomfortable with the area I was having waxed. The estitician was prompt professional and helped put me at ease.

Location is great, reception staff are very kind and welcoming, RMT was very welcome and kind, also very skilled as an RMT. The areas are all very clean and well-decorated. Very relaxing experience and I intend to return.

I always have excellent service at Hand and Stone. My latest appointment was no exception; I was seen on time, the therapist focused on the areas I’d asked him to, and he regularly checked in with me to see how I was doing.

Hi, The only oddity is that the return email I received stated my appt. was at 12:27 when in fact it was 2.

The rates were explained well - no “surprises” when paying the bill. The therapist took time to get to know my specific needs for this appointment and checked in with me throughout the time to make certain she was using the right pressure etc. The room was nor overly scented which is often a turn off as I do not like heavily perfumed products. The location is within walking distance of my home which is a real bonus for me.
