Hand and Stone

As it was my first time for a hot stone massage, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but I came away very relaxed and feeling less pain and stiffness. Will definitely go for another one.

Eric had excellent knowledge and gave me practical suggestions.

John Gillies is an excellent massage therapist and it was great to get another treatment from him. I enjoyed visiting the Hand and Stone Spa for the first time. The staff were welcoming, the space was lovely, and I liked the use of washable cloths in the bathroom in lieu of paper towels - Very eco-responsible. I do wish the six-pack massage option was valid for an entire year, as this would be a much better option for my availability.

Everyone was pleasant and proffessional. Madsage therapist was very nice and the treatment was amazingly relaxing!
