I received an absolutely fantastic massage - clearly this was a very experienced masseuse. The receptionist was delightful. The facility was just great - not too fancy - not too plain!

The email appointment schedule. The fact that I can purchase multiple massages and the cost is reasonable. As a matter of fact the massage prices are the cheapest I've ever encountered when buying a package deal. Trish, the RMT, is professional and understands what needs to done. She is an excellent RMT with a ton of knowledge. Thank you.

Sorry- please correct. I was highly satisfied w/ receptionist. Super friendly. It was just difficult to get someone live when I wanted to book (albeit it was a final hour booking). My RMT Shamir was extremely friendly, thorough and effective. Because of my overall experience, I plan to buy a 6-pack massage package.

Everyone there is always very nice and makes me feel highly valued. I left feeling very relaxed. I especially liked the scalp and neck massage.

I recommend Desiree very highly for her level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism. She frequently but discretely checked in with me to check if the pressure was OK, which it was. My areas of concern were addressed both verbally in a very thorough consultation, and physically during the massage treatment. I felt wonderful for the rest of the day.

The staff at front are always friendly and helpful. All of the massage therapists I've seen are excellent.
