Alicia is an excellent and knowledgeable RMT. The office is clean and offers convenient after work hours. The membership is excellent value and allows me to utilize my group health benefits to their fullest.

I love the ambiance, the friendly receptionists and being a member gives me lots of opportunities to gave discounts and offers. I usually go to Danforth location and I absolutely love John's massage. He is knowledgeable, knows exactly what needs to be done to relief my pain and he's extremely professional and friendly.

Although the reception area was busy with clients, it was still very pleasant and the staff remained friendly and calm. Wei, my RMT was friendly and polite and walked me through all the parts of my appointment. Will definitely return to Hand and Stone Danforth. Great job!

The receptionist was so friendly and greeted me with much warmth. I felt welcomed instantly. The massage therapist (Arly) was very pleasant, applied the right pressure, and made me feel very comfortable for my first massage. I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance (dim lighting, relaxing music) and scent of the entire place. I already booked a couple's massage with my husband and another couple's massage for my parents the very next day. Thank you very much for making this a wonderful, relaxing place for us!
