Hand and Stone

Trish was very firm and focused on where my aches were located. She gave tips to prolong the experience at home. She was friendly and I feel like she really took the time to get to know me as a client.

I decided to become a member of Hand & Stone as a gift to myself, I'm always satisfied after each visit, in fact, I feel like I'm surfacing. I come to most appointments a specific areas that I bring to my therapist's attention, as well as for relaxation and self-care.The staff, the ambiance, the cleanliness and ease of flow are always top notch. I feel safe, listened to, valued and respected as a client. Top scores across the board may sound like a false review, but it's not. I have nothing negative to say, and everything positive. Even the location is handy for me.

I like that I can meet with the same therapist each time and she keeps a record of my visits, and asks follow up questions from previous times. She is very professional and attentive to my needs. Yeah Trish!

John is an amazing RMT. Strong pressure, great technique, welcoming & friendly. I feel very comfortable. I prefer to see only John (if he's available). I love Hand & Stone on the Danforth. It's my 2nd year of membership and plan to continue. :)

Personal nature of relationship with therapist (keeps notes on comments from previous massage and makes reference to them). Receipt ready when I was done and ready simply had to walk out (services were prepaid).

I've seen Carrie various times now, and she has always been fantastic with me. I opted for the Hot Stone massage this time, and it was a great change from the pressure (good pressure!) of previous massages

Overall, a good visit from booking to end. Massage was excellent! RMT was efficient in advising/noting in the next area he would be working on - step as he moved/worked on/through on me from head to toe. Overall I felt GREAT when I was done and left. Had a ton on energy with my walk home too. The balance of my day (late afternoon and evening) was stress less R&R. I ending up having an excellent nights sleep too.
