Highly satisfied with my overall service -- will definitely continue to keep going the Danforth Hand and Stone location.

I appreciated that the location was open on a long weekend Sunday when many other places were closed or fully booked. I only wish you could do full 60 min massages.

Esthetician was highly knowledgeable and friendly. I saw a big improvement in my skin after treatment.

Friendly environment. Large staff, so easy to find the right person for you. All 3 of the therapist have been great but now I only go with John...he's the best and has help me with my chronic and new pains.

The receptionist was very cheerful and friendly and made me feel welcome and special right away. Trish (the RMT) was masterful in her technique and did a great job of working on a particular area of my back that had been bothering me. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience.

The ability of the massage technician is truly why I have continued with Hand and Stone. When Alison Jones left H+ S Leaside, the others that I tried there just did not provide the same experience. The Leaside location is closer to my home but I was willing to travel a bit further. Thankfully, I tried John Gillies at the Danforth location and he is great! Otherwise, truthfully, I probably would not have renewed my membership.
