Hand and Stone

I feel welcomed from the moment I speak to anyone who works at Hand and Stone. They are all equally kind and welcoming. I have worked in the service industry for many, many years and recognize that this is special.

Sam did a great job addressing my specific aches and identifying areas I didn't even realize were sore. He also provided a few exercises and techniques to help improve my posture.

I thoroughly enjoy every Hand & Stone visit - the facilities make me feel calm, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nahid, the esthetician I met with is very knowledgeable and shared her expertise with me. Her collaborative, consultative style made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely continue to work with her.

I like all of the options available to add to my massage and that many time slots are available to suit my needs. I like that my receipts can be emailed to me although at times I have to remind for that.

My experience from start to finish was comfortable and enjoyable. The reception staff were warm and professional and my massage therapist was highly skilled, kind, intuitive and attentive. My only reason for not definitely returning in the next 90 days is based on my own financial situation, not because of anything lacking at Hand and Stone Danforth.

I felt very welcomed by all the staff. They are friendly and always have a smile. The massage was excellent and I purchased a package deal for 4 massages.
