My massage therapist was wonderful She explained things, stretches I should do. Spent the time well and really seemed to care

My fiance and I had a couples message there and both of our massage therapists were awesome and knowledgeable and nice. I would totally return to use their services again. I also made another appointment for a facial in 2 weeks. Since it is so close to our new house and cost effective we will be repeat customers!

Great value, spa experience without sacrificing an entire day, quality, cleanliness, and locations throughout the GTA. What more can a busy woman ask for?!

Alicia is the best. Service is great. Staff is very accommodating. Have only ever had issues with aesthetician being too rough, and choice of product on face at both Leaside and Danforth locations.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff at the Danforth Avenue location. I originally went to both the Avenue Road location and the Don Mills and Lawrence location and was completely dissatisfied both times and cancelled my Hand and Stone membership as a result. After attending the Danforth Avenue location I am reconsidering my decision.

The staff at Hand and Stone are extremely friendly and booking appointments is so easy! I've been quite a few times for both facials and massages all of which were very relaxing and enjoyable!

I always find the service and treatment at this location meets my needs and expectations. A particularly nice touch during my last visit with John was a rolled up hot towel under my neck. It felt wonderful. Of course now I want it every time! :)

I had a facial once before at H&S and was put off by the esthetician because of how frequently she insisted I needed microdermabrasion. I didn't go back for a facial until I went in for a wax and liked that staff. She did my peel a couple of days ago and now I'd go back for a facial if she did. Mention products or services once but please don't have your staff be pushy!

The ease of booking my appointment and availability of appointments available. The office was inviting and comfortable. The RMT was knowledgeable and listened to my requests and provided feedback.
