Erik was amazing, he made sure to take care of my specific problems and made excellent suggestions for further treatment and home care. The reception staff was super friendly, and the location was clean and welcoming. Every bit of the experience made me feel very comfortable.

I always like it. Alicia is an excellent RMT. There was noise from the room next door, but other than that a-ok!

Nicole was lovely and accommodating when I arrived. Maroika was friendly and easy to talk to during my appt. I did feel like the upsell was a bit obvious and always makes me feel like I'm simply a walking wallet vs. a human, but I understand the economics around the approach. Otherwise, great.

All receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff. Love the chocolates and water stand. John is an excellent massage therapist. I have had many massages at very high end spas and his hot stone massage is amazing. Highly recommend 80 minutes over 50. Suggestions? Spa scent when you come in the door. Maybe essential oils candles or diffuser. Heating pads for massage are always really nice. Like the heated towel under neck. Good music selection and very nice ambience in the massage room. Like the wash clothes in bathroom which is also very nice. Great business Hope you do well on Danforth!! Mani, pedi would be nice.
