Friendly and helpful staff. Therapist was knowledgable and treated as much as she could in the time provided. Appreciated the pressure with which she worked and how she communicated with me as the client. Happy to take part in the 3-massage intro package as this encourages me to keep up with my self-care routine.

They are: 1. ease of booking appointment, HOWEVER YOU NEED TO IMPROVE HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT 2. staff is very friendly 3. clinic is well maintained.

Sean used a lot of pressure… which was amazing. He concentrated on the areas we agreed on and I could feel tension releasing in areas I was not expecting. This was by no means a relaxation massage… which was fine by me!
