I am new to the massage thing... Katie at Danforth is excellent.

I love the fact that the spa has a record of my favourite masseuse's. I even get emailed the schedule availability for my preferred masseuse. The massage room is so peaceful and relaxing. I love the skilled techniques used my the masseuses at this location. It's my favourite spa!

Overall a very relaxing experience, excellent therapist and great customer service!

For me it is 100% up to masseuse and music and comfort level. John is an AMAZING therapist and always is able to relieve my muscles even with the extensive medical history.

The staff were friendly and wonderful and the rmt was wonder too.

The massage therapists at Hand and Stone on danforth are, unequivocally, the best I have ever had (I have been having massage at various places in Toronto for the past 25 years or so). John is especially wonderful. As far as facials go, Marika is incomparable. I like the Dalla Palma product line, and I find the receptionists very accommodating and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere. Quiet Great service

The staff at reception are great--friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The massage therapists are all excellent. They really listen, and do their best to help relieve aches and pains, as well as teach/recommend stretches, etc.

Since starting with your spas I have been very happy. I worked in the industry for 9 years and I know massage and your people are great. I have had three diferent therapists and they are all great. One thing I miss it with there is no cucumber in the water, ha ha. Yup thats my only complaint and its not really a complaint. Keep up the great work.

There have been many improvements in terms of the front desk staff and it is evident. Shabir is a brilliant person who knows his stuff!
