This appt was a make up appt for one that went very poorly. I found this esthetician was much better. It was supposed to be the third (or to replace the third) appt in the d'abrasion package. This info was not passed on so Natalie didn't know she was supposed to do that treatment. She had to take my word for it when I said it was covered - and then check with her supv at the end of the appt. it would have been better if that issue hadn't been unresolved during the appt. i suspect Natalie was relieved I dosn't have to be shaken down for the 40$ having when I aaid it was to be covered, and I was relieved when the supervisor's ruling was consistent with my understanding. Also - to clarify my answer of whether I would recommend H&S - I would not recommend a facial with your other esthetician.

My aesthetician was excellent and I really noticed a positive difference in my skin. It was smoother, tone seemed more even and even wrinkles seemed less noticeable. It was also extremely relaxing. Can't wait until I can go again!

The therapist was excellent, and checked in often to make sure that the level of pressure was satisfactory etc. I will definitely be booking in with him again.
