Massages at the Danforth location have been stellar each time. John is clearly a very skilled RMT. I felt so much better after -- neck pain was gone, back more aligned, relaxed. I can't remember the SA's name, (maybe due to my post-massage haze!) but she was very patient and friendly.

Firoz was excellent! He was accommodating of any request and made me feel comfortable -not to mention the massage itself was great. I was actually thinking during my appointment that I might go back this Friday and was hoping Firoz was working and had something available. And as if she knew what I was thinking, the receptionist offered the discounted package on my exit. Was very happy!

My RMT was very knowledgeable and provided tips at end of session to alleviate my back pain.

I really appreciated the time taken by the therapist to explain and figure out reasons for my headaches and to provide preventative exercises.

Ziva was extremely helpful at the desk and helped me set up a membership. She was personable and funny. Eric was a talented therapist and listened to my requests on the table regarding pressure etc. He is intuitive and I will book future appointments with him.

Always lovely and efficient front desk staff. Great massage therapists on staff. Claire is fantastic, has a well delivered massage flow and knows how to get out the knots with the perfect amount of pressure. Also very lovely personality. Thanks everyone

All of the reception staff I've met have been very approachable, friendly and thoughtful towards my experience and future visits. I love the hot towel under the neck during a massage! My massage therapist John is very knowledgeable of what areas need the most attention and takes the time to show me additional stretches that will improve the overall health of my muscles. I tried the hot stone massage on my second visit because of the discount coupon and it was well worth the money and I'm glad I tried it. It made such a difference from my regular messages...a nice treat once in a while!

I arrived in a bit of a state due to a parking issue, and the receptionist and my RMT were so kind and understanding as I resolved the issue and thus delayed them. I do like the cucumber water before my massage as well. It helps set the mood for the therapy. My therapist was excellent, very informative and so willing to answer my numerous questions. She really made me feel comfortable and a valued client. I'm very glad I chose Hand and Stone, and that I booked for the night in question.
