I would like the massage room to feel a little more spa like. Sometimes, there was either no music playing (for short periods) or it was so soft it was difficult to hear. I could hear people chatting next door. It should be noted that this has not always been my experience. This is the first time I was able to hear a conversation in the next room.

My family and I have accessed services several times. Generally, things are fine. Two recommendations- 1. I called to book bc the online promo code wasn’t working after I tried it several times. 2. There is too much upsell of services. I go to have the thing I want and not to be constantly encouraged to try something more. I also want to relax and enjoy it and not feel pressure or guilty. Thanks.

The price has become too costly at $130 plus tax and tip for only 50min of service.

the massage therapist had the massage table too hot. i felt weak after the session and ended up asking for the table heat to be turned off. and the therapist needs to cut his finger nails.

The pressure the therapist applied was too great. I had to ask her more than once to ensure the massage was relaxing and not painful.

John was my therapist and he was very kind! He also answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me understand how to relive some of my back pain

When I walked into the establishment,no one was there to greet me. The receptionist did not come into the reception area until after a couple of minutes to check me in. My appointment did not start right away. Another guest who came in after me was taken before me because his massage therapist was ready before mine

Everyone is extremely kind and professional. The services offered are great. The friendliest receptionist.
