I do t blame the therapist I was in a great deal of pain maybe the hot stone massage would have helped more. I do not live in this area so will use another location closer to my home

My appointment started about 15 minutes late. Fortunately I was not in a rush because I was not working on that day. It was all just kinda glossed over. Acknowledged but no real apology.

I was not highly satisfied because my original appointment was a couple massage with my husband but was told 30 mins prior of our appointment that the 2nd massage therapist was not available. Although I understand the reasoning, it did leave my husband and I a little disappointed that we weren’t able to do this together. I do appreciate the staff offering an additional complimentary 10 mins massage for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I think the rooms need to be updated, they still feel a little clinical over spa like. Nicer decor, new paint, nicer furniture.

Excellent massage therapist - Peter. He’s fantastic. Other than that I don’t have much to share here other than your satisfaction survey is not automated correctly. When I selected neither satisfied or unsatisfied to indicate I didn’t have a specific opinion to share it assumed I was unsatisfied which is not what I submitted. Your survey should be updated.

The service has become to expensive with multiple price increases in the last few years. My insurance is not claiming the full amount due to these increases.
