Would prefer more scents in my massage. Wasn't crazy about music playing, was a bit cold.

I had a few things happen, one time I ended up getting charged twice for a visit when I mentioned to the person up front to charge the difference. I didn’t know about the reward program honestly until I downloaded the app and saw there nobody told me about it at all

I was billed incorrectly and needed to pay more than I should. The receptionist would not help me but referred me to email the manager. Thankfully the manager rectified the issue.

A bit expensive. I assumed a 1 hour service at booking and agreeing to add on another $40 service didn’t increase the time

There was some discrepancy over the service I purchased,.which was not explained to me at the time and has yet to be resolved. Further, this discrepancy seems to be somewhat subjective so I am hoping that request will be addressed at my next session.

Can the hot stones be hotter? Can that request be made? The hot stones were not as hot as I’ve had before at other places. I said my chiropractor recommended I get an upper back and neck massage. Maybe next time I will get a longer massage or ask for more focus on my neck. The massage was great! My partner said his massage table was heated. My massage table wasn’t heated. Can I request that? What membership options are there?

I was satisfied enough

The price seems a bit high especially that’s it’s not even one hour compared to others spas.

My only issue was the delay before the appointment — I’d taken time out of a busy workday for the massage.
