The staff in the waiting room is very professional and pleasant. Rene listened to my concerns about specific areas needing attention. I have had massages at 5 star resorts and would put this one right up there with them. I have MS and this massage definitely helped relieve my symptoms.

Jaime is excellent at her craft and takes time to explain everything and wants to really know what you are doing for your skin care routine. I trust Jamie with whatever she tells me to do and it works!!

I come to this hand and stone location for my esthetician, Catherine. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating, and I am always highly satisfied with her services. She has helped transform my skin over the many years I have seen her for facials, and she helps me discover the ClarityRX skincare line, which I now use everyday. Catherine is the highlight of my H&S experience each & every time I come in for a treatment.

It is very easy to book online, especially with the new updates. I was looking for a new therapist and was ready to move on when I happened upon Miranda. I’ve had three massages with her and another booked. She’s an amazing therapist for relaxation as well as specific aches and pains.

I have had a membership for a while and even though I have moved away from the area I keep coming back because the massage therapists that I use are all great. Lots of turn over at the front desk but that does not affect me in any way.

My esthetician was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The receptionists were lovely as well.

She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She suggested an addition to my treatment which I agreed with and was very pleased. She made sure I was comfortable.
