The only problem I encountered was that the therapist was running behind from another appointment and the need to sanitize and clean the room delayed the start of my appointment...I totally understand that. I didn't have a problem with that. And I appreciate being told that was the reason for the delay. However, I don't think it is fair to short-change the amount of time dedicated to my massage. While it was only 5 mi that I was cut short, that is equivalent to almost $13. That meant her gratuity was reduced by $13. I'm not sure if the issue was that she was booked with too many appointments or whether the previous person was late. I was there 10 min early and then waited for her (again, that is okay as long as I receive the amount of time I paid for regarding the massage).

Both Dee and Kassidy were very professional and talented. Dee worked out a knot on my back as requested, and Kassidy gave me a wonderful neck & shoulder massage while my facial mask set. I appreciated the attention I was given and the efficiency of the experience.

The staff is always so warm and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of at all times. From the moment you walk in to the middle of your service, this place has got it dialed in. My favorite time of the month is when I can walk through those doors. Thank you!

I wish you would offer your membership where you could share with your spouse. Massage was very good working out my knots.
