Every time my daughter and I visit this Hand and Stone we are greeted with hospitality and respect. Rachel who is my massage therapist is amazing. I have Multiple Sclerosis and she takes the time to listen to my needs on each visit. I truly believe coming here has helped me feel better. I have already recommended this location and Rachel and my friend was very pleased.

The receptionists are always extremely friendly & I’m immediately greeting upon entering. I’m asked if I would like water or coconut water while waiting and a hot neck pillow to relax me is offered. The appointment is on time and massage or facial I receive is always wonderful! Meng goes above and beyond whenever I have had a facial or massage by her. She is excellent at her profession, kind, listens and cares about your needs. I highly recommend this Hand & Stone!

My esthetician Kassidy was very sweet and listened to my concerns. She did a great job and recommended a hydro facial for me. She also recommended a moisturizer for me

I really liked the whole experience. The only feedback I would give is for my therapist to have awareness on over talking. I came to relax since all I do is hear people talk & that’s all she did. Great person and massage though.

Professional and poised, knowledgeable and helpful, and she always works hard to address my issues that day.
