Zoe is amazing. She’s the main reason I come back. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. The rest of the staff is so kind and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

The main reason I will keep my membership with H&S is because if my specific massage therapist. I have had disappointments with the front staff but nothing so far has been bad enough for me to give up the true pain relief that I have found with my therapist. I would follow them to the ends of the earth. The front desk staff needs to do a deep dive and familiarize themselves with the H&S app as well as any client specific notes that were typed in. I had my husband come in and because they ignored what I had them write in his file prior to booking his appointment, I endured very unpleasant times because they messed up.

Jamie is awesome. She always ensures I am comfortable during my session since I do not like to be touched. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me in my fight to get rid of my age spots.

This particular massage was possibly the best ever! Tandy is an amazing therapist. I woke up the next day with no stuff muscles and no pain, for the first time in many months. Looking forward to my next appointment!

The receptions are always extremely friendly and helpful. My massage therapist (Roza) is always wonderful and does a fabulous job. I love earning the points and more opportunities to get more massages!
