Upon check-out, the new receptionist did not know how to apply a gift card. This was not a major deal, it just took her some time to be trained and learn the process.

Jeanine was excellent. She asked about places to focus on, or avoid, and she followed up during the massage. The location is easy to get into. The lobby was clean, cool, and bright. We were offered water on arrival.

It’s clean & nice for the money

Laura is an excellent massage therapist. My neck and shoulders are in so much better condition after my massage. Just FYI -- I received an email offering me several choices of a free add-on with my next massage or facial. I selected one and asked to book it with my appointment, but the staff member assisting me told me that add-on was not included in the promotion at that salon, even though it was very clearly included in the list on my email, which we looked at together.

I used to be a member and loved the customer service provided by Keith and Diana. The care they provide trickles down to the rest of the staff.

Leah makes good treatment recommendations. I like having the same esthetician each visit.

Megan (spelling?) is who o have been using the last several visits. She does an amazing job. I hope you continue to employ as many massage therapists of her quality.

Prompt service, great facial, friendly. Left feeling so relaxed.
