I have always had great service, everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. My skin feels great afterwards.

The only complaint I have about my experience is that it is so hard to get appointments. There was also a glitch in my scheduling because the therapist I was scheduled with left. The staff did their best to help me, but I ended up not getting an appointment for two months.

I always love the ambiance at hand and stone! The receptionists are always very welcoming and offer me something to drink. I have never had a negative experience here!
