Hand and Stone

I really liked the knowledge of my esthetician. I was very relaxed during my facial. The amount of time that it took for my facial with everything I had done worked well for my schedule.

I’ve been a member of Hand & Stone for years. That in itself is a testament of customer satisfaction. My facial with Jensen was outstanding. She was confident yet took pains explaining what she could do to help my skin. It was a great experience and my skin really was so much better when I left. I’ve already made another appointment.

Not enough help in the building. It is very hard to schedule appointments Not having 80 minute contracts is terrible. Having to pay each time for the additional time is poor

Erika gave me a thorough and highly effective facial. She answered my questions and demonstrated complete mastery of her job.

Every time I go into your location, I am greeted, and offered some water while I wait. I feel welcomed and I am always satisfied with my facial. Valerie is the best!

Lisa is an amazing and responsive massage therapist.

Lisa is a wonderful therapist; the facility is always clean and the staff are friendly. The only concern is she is booked out 60 or so days. Boo!

My therapist is familiar with and focuses on my specific needs. My time is respected--no long waits. I do wish there was more availability of appointment times.

Friendly atmosphere, people that enjoy their job. Knowledgeable about the products. I didn’t have to wait. Facial was excellent, just what I needed, my skin looked great and helped with stress. She took the time to evaluate the condition of my skin and address any problems.
